Everything you see on our store is housed locally in Christchurch, New Zealand 

Until the time that we believe that shipping routes worldwide have recovered to normal acceptable time frames, we will not be doing order only products.

All custom pet tags are made in our Christchurch warehouse and have a turnaround time of 1 working day. 

We will ship all products ordered Monday to Friday before 2pm on the same day - If your order contains kitten collars or pet tags please bare in mind that these are usually made to order so a 24 hour delay may apply. If in doubt get in touch.

Please also keep in mind that couriers only work Monday to Friday, if an order is placed after midday Friday to Sunday evening it won't ship until Monday morning. If an order is placed Thursday and shipped Friday it won't arrive till Monday/Tuesday.

If you required a product asap then use the chat feature at the bottom right of the page to see if we can do an emergency ship after the courier has left.

We package all products in recycled bubble wrap where possible and only ship with home & commercially compostable satchels 100% recycled plastic satchels.

We ship using Courier Post & Post Haste after confirmation you will be sent a tracking number once it's on the way to you. And yes, we can ship to P.O Boxes!

Please be aware that once a product has left our warehouse we then lose the ability to change a delivery address. If the address you've given us is wrong please reply to the confirmation email asap so we are able to correct it before it dispatches.

If you are having problems with an item that's been sent, you'll need to contact Courier Post or Post Haste with your tracking number to find out more info. 

If a product arrives damaged, you must inform us immediately. We will do our best to put this right and get another item to you. The last thing we want is unhappy customers.
