Returns & Refund Policy


We do not offer a return facility on any goods sold. As per NZ law all sales are final, please do not return any goods as they will not be accepted. We will honour any faulty goods under the NZ CGA provided it falls within our policy

Our warranty on all goods is 90 days, after this period our warranty ceases. We reserve the right to replace or refund at our discretion if there is a fault within 90 days of the product confirmed received by the courier

To exercise this option you will need to contact us with photos and an accurate description about the issue. 

We do not refund or replace any item that has been damaged intentionally by your pet such as biting a lead, breaking a collar, loss of a breakaway cat collar or a product being used beyond its limits.

Always keep in mind a $10 Dog collar isn't suitable for a Rottweiler and a $20 lead isn't going to last as long as an expensive leather or heavy duty lead, there is a reason they cost more  

All Collar ID bands are tested at our HQ before leaving, after 90 days we do not warranty any replacements as usage eg: salt water, play and external elements can wear the band out prematurely but you can purchase these yourself here: Collar ID Replacement Bands

The black text on the Collar IDs is permanent and cannot be removed by normal usage. If you notice the colour fading this will most likely be due the flea and worm treatment you are currently using or some other agent in the environment around them. You must remove all collars and tags before applying flea and worm treatment either topically or externally. 


We allow a one time exchange if you have selected the incorrect size, you must do so no later than 30 days after item has been confirmed received by the courier 

The items must be in an unused and resellable condition with the original undamaged packaging and free of hair or dirt

Costs to and from Purr. Meow. Woof. will be paid for by the customer
